We are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator who will grow at our corporate office in Marysville, OH where we support a variety of goods for the world\’s largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden care products. This Experienced print and project management professional is needed to coordinate and manage brand packaging and POP projects for Scotts Miracle-Gro organization. Must have solid knowledge of print and color management. Strong project management and communication skills are required. Superior organization skills are needed to coordinate projects with a broad audience including brands, agencies, creative services, R&D, legal, and production suppliers. Job includes handling multiple projects, schedules, communications with project teams, budgets, proofing and press/color approvals. Must possess an acute attention to detail and be skilled at handling a fast paced, multi-task environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage packaging and marketing production for assigned brand(s) within Scotts through all stages to ensure that program(s) are produced to standards and on budget, with an on time completion to meet target dates for launch, etc.
* Set up and maintain projects in the online database
* Manage communication with resources (brand team, agency, creative, project managers, suppliers) as needed with each project for schedules, releases, reviews, proofs, approvals, etc.
* Ensure proper brand standards and guidelines are incorporated and are adhered to for each program
* Create and manage project schedules and timelines and report on project status to stakeholders and document all updates in database
* Manage translations, file labeling, part numbers, archival of final assets as needed by project
* Proof approvals include reviewing of design, copy, color, brand standard and routing to all necessary team members
* Coordinate with Regulatory, R&D and Legal (FTC & Trademark/Copyright) on approvals/routing
* Assist with securing high resolution images for use in print, e commerce or other advertising media as needed, along with usage rights per scope of project
* Coordinate printing, kitting, shipping, distribution with print partner(s) per scope of project

Other Qualifications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under multiple deadlines
* Collaborative and team oriented
* Results driven performer
* Ability to travel for press approvals, vendor meetings when needed
* Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Experience with SAP would be beneficial
