Description of duties Conduct original research rleated to physical weed control and ecologically based weed management in organic vegetable and grain cropping systems.  Laboratory, greenhouse, field and on-farm research aims to improve mechanistic understanding, optimization, and adoption of advanced physical weed control practices, integrated with well-establishted strategies to manage weed population dynamics.
Qualifications sought M.S. in Weed Science, Agronomy or related fields required.  Strong academic record, excellence in oral and written communication and experience working in organic farming systems is desired.
