Description of duties The Sr. Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for supporting customer supply chain integration, replenishment execution, and corresponding conflict resolution, in support of organizational supply chain objectives and sales exceeding one billion dollars. In this customer facing role, the Sr. Replenishment Analyst will leverage end to end knowledge of SMG and customer supply chains and supporting systems to ensure seamless flow of products from SMG to retail customer stores. Further, the Sr. Replenishment Analyst will be expected to leverage analytical and technical skill sets to evaluate store inventory, consumer demand, and program requirements to ensure customer store and SMG inventory readiness. The successful candidate will be able to apply knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, resulting in improved productivity for SMG and incremental value for the customer

This position is expected to perform the following:
* Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (sales, demand planning, finance, distribution, orders to cash, etc.) to plan and execute replenishment in support of customer merchandising programs
* Collaborate with customer supply chain teams to enable replenishment in support of consumer demand and customer inventory expectations
* Own regular evaluation of store inventory across multiple categories to ensure promo readiness, merchandising execution, and POG placement
* Leverage inventory reviews to drive collaborative discussion with customer counterparts regarding replenishment parameters
* Investigate root cause of deficiency in key customer metrics including fill rate and on time delivery
* Collaborate with internal and external counterparts to overcome daily order fulfillment challenges
* Executes and establishes processes to ensure SMG system readiness necessary to support customer order fulfillment
* Evaluates customer replenishment plans to proactively mitigate capacity conflicts

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other applicable fields

Experience:
* Business experience in Business Analytics, Distribution, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning in either a retail or consumer products environment

Knowledge:
* Supply chain processes and procedures within a retail or manufacturing CPG company
* Replenishment planning within a retail or manufacturing CPG company

Skills and Abilities / Competencies:
* Strong analytical skill set
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Experience with SAP and BW a plus
* Able to work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external groups, balancing multiple interests
* Passionate and detailed in task execution
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to accept category accountability and ownership
* Ability to thrive in a competitive and challenging environment
* Forward thinking/self-starter
