Description of duties We are looking for a Plant Manager who will grow at our Vancouver, WA Centennial facility.

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Centennial facility. This position will manage 3 manufacturing departments, warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory. The position will also be responsible for meeting all customer demands, adhering to an established budget, maintaining a world class safety culture and working closely with all members of leadership. You will have the opportunity to manage and direct a workforce of 60+ people.

What you’ll do in this role:
* Maintain a monthly and annual budget
* Manage inventory levels of $500K
* Direct a workforce of 60-80 team members
* Achieve predetermined KPIs and metrics
* Direct shipping and receiving team
* Adhering to quality specs on all manufactured items
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and conduct safety training as needed
* Coach and develop leaders for the future
* Achieve critical customer deadlines and delivery dates
* Work directly with the planning and demand teams
* Implement efficient systems to reduce overall costs/expenses

What you’ll need to be successful:
* Bachelors of Science (or equivalent) in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical), Business, Management or other related field highly desired.
* 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing facility
* 2-3 years of warehouse experience
* 1-2 years inventory management experience
* Knowledge of EHS systems/programs
* Knowledge of SAP
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
* Ability to direct, manage, supervise, develop, and motivate associates
* Willing to participate in and complete effective training programs
* Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
