Provide soybean Extension support to the Delta area, with emphasis on weed control and agronomic factors for greater utilization of on-going research efforts at DREC and to facilitate needs of area growers. The incumbent will work as a team member to develop educational programs for the entire Delta area and work with other Extension personnel to refine and carry out these programs. The incumbent will be expected to work with the Weed Physiologist, presently on staff, to develop programs to monitor and manage herbicide resistant weed species. Successful candidate will be expected to work closely with fellow DREC, Mississippi
