| Description of duties |
Scouting for weeds, disease, and soil health with diligent record keeping. In Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, and Sugar Beets. Running research plots to determine cost versus benefits. Making spray recommendations, and distributing the work to the applicators. Soil sampling,tissue sampling,and creating fertilizer recommendations. Maintaining the records of the fertilizer applications and fertilizer inventory.
