Description of duties |
Peform genomic analyses, measure basic phenotypic traits, and use spray chamber to perform herbicide dose responce studies on weeds. Will be required to serve as a teaching assistant for two semesters. Will be required to perform various task such as growing plants in the greenhouse or sampling seeds/rhizomes from farm fields. Additionally, data analysis and writing manuscripts will be required. The position will start at the begining of the Fall semester in 2024 |
Qualifications sought |
Must have a bachelors degree in any life science (Biology, Biochemistry, Plant Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, Entomology ect.), must have taken at least one organic chemistry class. Must have at least a 3.2 grade point average (GPA). |
