ISK Biosciences Corporation is seeking a Development and Regulatory Data Management Specialist, based in Concord, Ohio who would be responsible for supporting the development, project management and regulatory compliance of ISK Biosciences products in the Americas.

Description of duties

Primarily consists of supporting the development and registration activities of new and existing ISKBC products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Administering contracts and invoices of research trials
  • Managing the databases of reports that support the research, development, and registrations activities for ISKBC products
  • Record retention activities such as preparing document summaries, scanning, and storing files
  • Maintain schedules of Research and Development and Regulatory activities in Smartsheet project management software
  • Make applications to the government in the Americas to support registration activities, and import and exports of product samples (as needed)
  • Track the status of current licenses and registrations
  • Search and obtain information from ISKBC database to generate summary reports
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications sought
  • This position would be suitable for applicants with a background in information technology and/or administration in a life sciences company
  • Recent graduates in chemistry or biology are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
