Our organization has a strong focus on studying and promoting regenerative agricultural practices. |

Description of duties |
What you will do: • Oversee and coordinate agricultural research and extension projects and activities according to policy set by the Board of Directors. • Responsible for ensuring the annual publication of all research results and activities of the Association. • Responsible for administration details of planning meetings, seminars, tours, promotional materials. • Maintain liaison with related agencies (government and private). • Organize, attend, and provide all required information to the Board and/or Committee meetings. • Provide direction and supervision of all permanent and seasonal staff. • Provide an activity report to directors at all board meetings.

Qualifications sought |
What you will bring: • Practical working knowledge of agriculture and environmental best management practices in western Canada • Ability to use word processing software efficiently, specifically MS Office. But also, Adobe Products (ex. Lightroom, Acrobat Pro), Eventbrite, video editing software and Canva. • Ability to write funding proposals (i.e., grants) for research and extension. • Motivated to excel both in a team environment and independently. • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract • Environmental or agriculture science degree (B.Sc) and/or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in such fields, combined with experience will be given preference. • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
