We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Assistant to join our emerging team and contribute to the design and development of targeted spray technologies for use in vegetable and small fruit crops. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in the early-stage assembly of smart spray equipment. Duties will include but are not limited to assistance with training AI programs for target identification and detection, computer programming with Python, equipment assembly, and simulation experiments to evaluate equipment functionality and accuracy. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the development team to build prototype spray equipment.
• Participate in the assembly and testing of agricultural spray equipment.
• Assist with training AI programs for crop canopy detection.
• Computer programming tasks using Python.
• Conduct simulation experiments to analyze and optimize agricultural processes.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the project leads.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot issues, and drive innovation.
